Jahmir Joseph commits to Penn State
4 star cornerback Jahmir Joseph has committed to Penn State.
The 6 foot, 185 pound Joseph, from Saint Joseph Regional High School in Montvale NJ, chose Penn State over 27 offers.
He is rated the No. 23 cornerback in the 2025 class and No. 209 overall.
