4 star running back Frankie Arthur has committed to UCF.
The 5-10, 190 pound Arthur, from Oak Ridge High School in Conroe TX, chose Central Florida over 19 offers.
He is rated the No. 20 running back in the 2024 class and No. 263 overall.
