Frankie Arthur commits to UTSA
4 star running back Frankie Arthur has committed to UTSA.
The 5-10, 190 pound Arthur, from Oak Ridge High School in Conroe TX, chose Texas-San Antonio over 19 offers. He had committed to Central Florida.
He is rated the No. 32 running back in the 2024 class and No. 421 overall.
