Devin Carter commits to Florida State
4 star wide receiver Devin Carter has committed to Florida State.
The 6 foot, 175 pound Carter, from Douglas County High School in Douglasville GA, chose Florida State over 37 offers. He originally chose Auburn in January.
He is rated the No. 17 wide receiver in the 2026 class and No. 120 overall.
