4 star quarterback Cedrick Bailey has signed with NC State.
The 6-6, 185 pound Bailey, from Chaminade-Madonna Prep School in Hollywood FL, chose NC State over 9 offers.
He is rated the No. 32 quarterback in the 2024 class and No. 455 overall.
