Sam Adams II commits to Washington

4 star running back Sam Adams II has committed to Washington.

The 6-2, 200 pound Adams, from Eastside Catholic High School in Sammamish WA, chose Washington over Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Ohio State, Oregon, Pen State, Texas, Texas A&M, USC, Washington State, and others.

He is rated No. 105 overall in the 2020 class, the No. 11 running back in the nation, and the No. 3 prospect out of Washington.

Adams rushed for 929 yards and 17 touchdowns on 94 carries as a junior last season. He also had 10 receptions for 203 yards and three touchdowns and returned an interception and a punt for a touchdown.

Adams has been selected a 2020 Adidas All-American and Polynesian Bowl All-American.  

Adams is the son of former Seahawk defensive lineman Sam Adams.
