Paul McNeil commits to NC State
4 star shooting guard Paul McNeil has committed to North Carolina State.
The 6-6, 185 pound McNeil, from Richmond High School in Rockingham NC, chose NC State over 12 offers.
He is rated the No. 7 shooting guard in the 2024 class and No. 26 overall.
