4 star wide receiver Kyler Kasper has committed to Oregon
The 6-5, 195 pound Kasper, from Williams Field High School in Gilbert AZ, chose Oregon over 27 offers.
He is rated the No. 20 wide receiver in the 2023 class and No. 125 overall.
