Julian Phillips commits to Tennessee
5 star forward Julian Phillips has committed to Tennessee.
The 6-8, 200 pound Phillips, a native of Blythewood SC who plays at the Link Academy in Branson MO, chose Tennessee over 28 offers.
He is rated the No. 4 small forward in the 2022 class and No. 12 overall.
