5 star forward Elijah Fisher has committed to Texas Tech.
The 6-6, 195 pound Fisher, from Crestwood Prep in Toronto Canada, chose Texas Tech over 20 offers.
He is rated the No. 5 forward in the 2023 class and No. 24 overall.
