Cooper Terwilliger commits to Penn State
4 star tight end Cooper Terwilliger has committed to Penn State.
The 6-5, 225 pound Terwillinger, from T.F. Riggs High School in Pierre SD, chose Penn State over 26 offers.
He is rated the No. 12 tight end in the 2027 class and No. 258 overall.
