Jaylon Jones commits to Texas A&M

4 star cornerback Jaylon Jones has committed to Texas A&M.

The 6-3, 185 pound Jones, from Steele High School in Cibolo TX, chose the Aggies over Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Ohio State, Texas, TCU, and others.

He is ranked the nation's No. 11 cornerback and No. 101 player overall in the 2020 class. Jones is ranked the No. 13 player in the state of Texas.

Jones is coming off a productive junior season where had 36 tackles and seven pass breakups for Steele. He also caught eight passes for 124 yards and three touchdowns as a wide receiver. As a sophomore, Jones had 31 tackles, two pass breakups and two interceptions playing in the secondary.
