LOS ANGELES (AP)—Nnemkadi Ogwumike had 15 points and 10 rebounds as Stanford easily defeated UCLA 73-47 in a semifinal game at the Pac-10 tournament Saturday night.

Stanford (28-4) started the second half on a 20-3 run and led by 35 points when Rosalyn Gold-Onwude scored on a layup with 11:55 remaining. Jayne Appel, who finished with 10 points and seven rebounds, sparked the run with six consecutive points. Ogwumike also added six during that stretch.

UCLA (19-12) shot 23 percent in the first half and didn’t have a basket in the second until Antonye Nyingifa hit a jumper with 12:22 remaining. Nina Earl led the Bruins with eight points.

Stanford, winners of 15 straight, will face USC in the title game Sunday.

No. 10 Texas A&M 74, No. 3 Oklahoma 62

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP)—Danielle Gant scored 22 points, Sydney Colson added a career-best 15 and Texas A&M advanced to the Big 12 championship game.

The Sooners (28-4) were able to rally back once after Courtney Paris got into foul trouble, but the Aggies (25-6) delivered a knockout punch even with the All-America center on the court.

Tanisha Smith sparked an 11-1 run with a jumper from the left wing, and Colson added a 3-pointer, a steal and a fast-break layup that pushed the lead to 42-31. Paris wasn’t able to make a dent in the deficit before leaving with four fouls, and the Sooners were still down 10 when she fouled out with 3:23 to play.

No. 7 Baylor 63, No. 18 Iowa State 57

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP)—Jessica Morrow scored a season-high 24 points and hit six 3-pointers as Baylor advanced to the Big 12 Conference tournament title game by beating Iowa State.

Baylor (26-5) blew a 12-point second-half lead but won for the third time in four games without leading scorer and rebounder Danielle Wilson, who is out with a knee injury.

The Bears will face No. 10 Texas A&M on Sunday, having already beaten the Aggies without Wilson in the regular-season finale. Baylor will make its first appearance in the title game since 2006, when the Bears lost to Oklahoma. Baylor won the 2005 tournament title en route to the national championship.

The Bears have won six straight in their series with Iowa State (24-8).

Amanda Nisleit led Iowa State with 13 points and nine rebounds while Alison Lacey and Nicky Wieben scored 12 points each.

Southern California 69, No. 12 California 67

LOS ANGELES (AP)—Camille LeNoir had 25 points as Southern California advanced to the Pac-10 tournament final with its second straight win over a ranked team.

Hailey Dunham added 12 points for the sixth-seeded Trojans (17-4), which snapped an eight-game losing streak to Cal (25-6). USC beat No. 16 Arizona State in the quarterfinals Friday.

The Golden Bears thought it tied the game on an layup by Ashley Walker off an inbounds pass as time expired, but the officials conferred for about 11 minutes before negating the basket.

Pac-10 leading scorer Walker had 29 points and 15 rebounds for the second-seeded Golden Bears.
